Successful test for our first RNA sequencing on the Oxford Nanopore Technologies P2Solo.
The P2Solo, with its high-capacity flow cells, has allowed us to optimize sequencing costs and increase multiplexing! Looking forward to seeing the combination of this P2Solo with the upcoming chemistry 14 for RNAseq applications. Stay tuned for more results! 07 Nov 2023
